Amazing service from Dampstar! We had a damp problem in our basement, the smell was awful, and they sorted it quickly and professionally. Andrew was very friendly and explained everything clearly, and they left the place spotless. Now the basement is dry, fresh, and usable again. Will be recommending to friends and family!

The survey of the damp problem in our West London home was carried out by Andrew at the agreed time and his report was comprehensive.
We subsequently agreed dates for the work to be carried out and their operative, Steve, did the work over two days. He was charming, diligent, very hard working and highly professional. The plaster finish was superb.

Excellent customer service. The works were completed ahead of time. All the mess was taken away. I will receive a guarantee for the works. Dampstar came around to check all my house for damp spots. They negotiated on like for like quotes. The company has been established for many years and know what they are talking about.
