During our inspection medium to high moisture readings were taken up to around 1.5m from the internal floor level on this isolated section of wall. On checking the outside, it was clear that a broken downpipe from the gutters had come loose and was pouring water down the face of the wall.

We repaired the downpipe, cleaned and sealed the wall externally with a breathable, clear sealant, and repaired the damaged wall internally.
